First time here, super delicious! Our server Alex was amazing and patient. We ordered lattes which were made amazingly, especially the chocolate macadamia nut latte! We then ordered 'The Rancher', which is their version of huevos rancheros, the salas was a bit spicy and super tasty! Also ordered the 'Everything Croissant', super good with sausage, bacon & ham. Not too fulfilling, but ordered pancakes and chicken strips on the side and definitely satisfied my appetite! Would definitely be coming back again!

Very welcoming and friendly service. The cafe is beautifully decorated and they even have a little country store area where you can find local treats like pecan oil, flavored popcorn, etc.! Food and drinks are fantastic. Their seasonal beverage menu is amazing. I had the chocolate covered strawberry latte and it was a winner! You can also purchase little love locks in the coffee shop that you can put on the space outside.

We live in San Elizario & it was our first time visiting the famous Coffee Waffle in Clint,TX. We were truly impressed, and nothing what we were expecting. Staff all very courteous &. Friendly. Food was da bomb-diggity! The bistro like atmosphere was lovely. Music not too loud & easy listening. Great place to take out of town family, but go early. We did have a 30 minute wait but well worth it. Highly recommended!

Coffee waffle was such a wonderful experience! The restaurant is very open, beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. Food was absolutely DELICIOUS and their beverages were also really good! We cannot wait to visit in the future. Our server was wonderful as well.

You can tell they put real care into every cup. The pancakes were just as impressive fluffy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite tasted fresh and homemade, not rushed or generic like chain restaurants. Pairing the pancakes with their coffee was honestly the perfect combo. This place is such a gem for breakfast or brunch. Great food, great drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to sit and enjoy your time. My family and I are returning customers, this restaurant is delicious! Clearly the phone did not eat first, but our food was so good. From the service like our server, Alex, to the yummy food, we love it here. The other staff is great too, showing great hospitality. Definitely come try !!
